• You take strategic and operational responsibility for our clients and independently develop diverse CRM marketing campaigns. • You work closely with strategy, creative and technology teams — ensuring that data-driven communication delivers tangible impact. • Together with the team, you identify and realize new opportunities to activate, retain and delight customers across channels for the long term. • Independent management and strategic development of our clients in the areas of CRM and marketing automation. • Planning, execution and optimization of cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, landing pages) in tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Emarsys. • Development of data-driven journeys and automations along the customer lifecycle. • Deriving actionable recommendations from performance data, tests and analyses (e.g., using Google Analytics, Tableau or spreadsheets). • Sparring partner for strategy, creative and technology — you bring these disciplines together to measurably improve the customer experience. • Mentoring and professional support for junior colleagues in the team.
• Several years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRM / marketing automation. • Solid knowledge of at least one leading platform (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, HubSpot). • Confident understanding of data, segmentation, trigger logic and cross-channel journeys. • Structured, independent working style and enjoyment in accompanying clients holistically. • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills. • Enthusiasm for data-driven communication, modern tools and smart automations.
