📋 Description

• Spend around six self-scheduled hours per day helping customers via email and live chat • Elevate customer experience by identifying problems, efficiency improvements, and piloting new services • Actively mentor peers and facilitate continuous change

• WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience • Customer support experience • Initiative with measurable impact in previous roles • Exceptional communication • Self-starter mentality • Unique expertise in technical troubleshooting or eCommerce • AI fluency
