📋 Description

• Research, engage with, and provide talent needed to support Avantor’s mission in life-changing science • Build strong talent pipelines across European markets • Partner with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify candidates • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, focusing on the DACH region • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, and referrals • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking • Conduct initial CV, phone, and virtual-interview screenings • Deliver qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through sourcing and screening • Advise on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environment • Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement • Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in German and English
