📋 Description

• Create sustainable and profitable relationships with customers • Drive demand creation activity in assigned territory and customer base • Develop business pipeline in a healthy approach • Gain new customers, penetrate hi-po accounts, maintain share in mature accounts • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure sales targets are achievable • Support sales management plans through customer relations and market penetration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience • 5 years of direct sales experience, focus on life science market are preferred • Familiar with selling Laboratory Equipment and Consumables. • Good written and spoken English skills required. • Familiar with pharma and vaccine market on consumables. • Proficient in MS office suite (Excel, Access, Word). • Understanding of forecast and replenishment theory, obtained through APICS or similar training coursework. • Solid written and verbal communication skills, experience in a matrix environment desirable. • Strong analytical skills. • Solid knowledge and practical use of Forecasting and Inventory Planning tools, i.e. Logility, SAP, or equivalent. • Mentor Buyer team.
