📋 Description

• Work hands-on in business squads • Collaborate directly with the Product Owner (PO) to define and discuss solutions • Actively participate in technical and functional decisions • Negotiate and challenge assumptions when necessary • Develop a deep understanding of the business and the impact of the solutions delivered • Apply a systemic perspective and focus on delivered value, in addition to technical execution • Work with microservices and maintain a legacy Java monolith • Work in an on-premises environment with a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

🎯 Requirements

• On-premises environment • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) • Experience with microservices and maintenance of a legacy Java monolith • Strong experience in Java backend development • Knowledge of SOA and microservices architecture • Experience working in on-premises environments • Ability to handle legacy systems and service-to-service integration • Proactive, engaged, and questioning mindset, with strong communication skills and autonomy • Experience with SOA buses and service publication (a plus) • Familiarity with QA processes and build rooms for application support and development (a plus) • Ability to work in complex contexts with multiple technical dependencies (a plus)
