📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for teams, ensuring focus on Sprint objectives and value delivery • Promote alignment between technical and business teams • Support the writing of user stories and acceptance criteria • Support efficient backlog prioritization and organization • Continuously map and optimize workflow • Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities to improve the delivery process • Monitor and share Agile metrics to support data-driven decision-making • Contribute to greater delivery predictability and efficiency • Actively remove blockers and impediments affecting the team • Encourage self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Foster an environment of psychological safety and experimentation • Promote Agile best practices • Lead activities, workshops, and training sessions to advance the organization’s Agile maturity • Act as a transformation agent, connecting people, processes, technology, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development and digital product environments • Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Design Sprint principles and practices • Experience leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement • Experience analyzing and presenting flow and performance metrics, such as Throughput, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD), Burn-down, and Burn-up • Experience identifying, managing, and removing operational, technical, and organizational impediments • Advanced knowledge of Jira Software, Confluence, and Azure Boards • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to mediate conflicts, facilitate agreements, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization • Certifications such as PSM I/II, CSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP, KMP, or equivalent are a plus • Experience with scaling Agile using SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or the Spotify Model is a plus • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, QA, automated testing, microservices architecture, and middleware is a plus • Experience with advanced facilitation techniques is a plus • Experience defining, tracking, and cascading OKRs is a plus • Previous experience in software development or working as a technical analyst or QA professional is a plus
