📋 Description

• Remove technical or business impediments that hinder the progress of the agile team’s activities. • Manage the development project. • Ensure compliance with the development process. • Keep the team focused on the delivery plan and anticipate situations that could cause deviations. • Ensure activities are recorded accurately and promptly to support the proper and timely collection of metrics. • Shield the development team from adverse events. • Onboard new team members. • Monitor or facilitate project ceremonies, ensuring their objectives are met and developing action plans for adverse situations. • Ensure delivery plan items are addressed and communicate logged items for timely resolution. • Ensure the project is executed at the appropriate time while maintaining customer satisfaction. • Contribute to roadmap prioritization with the customer, balancing delivered value and the project’s financial health. • Foster team synergy and connect people with divergent objectives. • Identify a lack of engagement and develop action plans with the Project Manager and Account Manager. • Remove impediments that could halt work and jeopardize the delivery plan. • Monitor the recording of activities planned and required by the process. • Provide managers with project progress updates and forecasts. • Support customer communications, report preparation, and the contract’s administrative and financial routines. • Support the monthly billing close by reconciling internal and customer measurements and resolving discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree combined with a postgraduate qualification (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours. • CSM – Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) or PSM – Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org). • Preferred experience: 3 years working as a Scrum Master on projects using agile methodologies. • Knowledge of applying agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban. • Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements analysis. • Knowledge of implementing design patterns, including enterprise integration patterns, design patterns, and microservices patterns. • Knowledge of relational data modeling. • Knowledge of UX methodologies and techniques, including design, architecture, interaction, usability, and research.
