📋 Description

• Provide written and telephone customer service without sales activities • Handle customer inquiries regarding the client’s products and services • Follow up on conversations and maintain customer master data • Increase customer satisfaction by promptly processing incoming inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and a separate workspace • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Confident using PC applications • Willingness to work shifts • Service- and customer-oriented mindset and approach • Ability to work independently and conscientiously
