📋 Description

• Collaborate on the development and integration of native features for Android or iOS • Contribute to product quality and architecture • Actively participate in multidisciplinary agile squads • Learn and adopt the complementary mobile technology • Research and propose AI tools to enhance the development workflow • Collaborate on high-impact projects affecting the financial lives of millions of people

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in native mobile development • Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM • iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM • Enthusiasm for learning the opposite platform with team mentorship • Proficiency in REST APIs, Git, and agile methodologies • Genuine interest in integrating AI into development processes • Based in Argentina, with priority for candidates in Buenos Aires or Córdoba for optional in-person gatherings • English level: Pre-intermediate • Experience with Navigation Component (Deep Links, Safe Args, back stack management) preferred as a nice-to-have • Experience with Gradle (KTS) and dependency management preferred as a nice-to-have • Familiarity with application modularization preferred as a nice-to-have • Experience using Firebase Crashlytics or similar monitoring/logging tools preferred as a nice-to-have • Experience working with AI-powered development tools preferred as a nice-to-have • Exposure to Prompt Engineering techniques preferred as a nice-to-have • Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and Android/iOS best practices preferred as a nice-to-have
