📋 Description

• Own and manage the SAP SD/MM backlog from initial intake through refinement and delivery • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and define functional solutions • Translate business needs into clear, development-ready functional specifications and process documentation • Evaluate change requests against the existing SAP ECC landscape and future ERP transformation roadmap • Prioritize incoming work, balancing new initiatives with operational support and incident resolution • Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure work items meet the team's Definition of Ready • Maintain functional documentation and ensure solution consistency across the SAP landscape • Review solution proposals and development estimates while supporting delivery governance • Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and the ERP transformation programme across multiple business domains

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC SD/MM in highly customized enterprise environments • Strong business analysis skills • Ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and prepare detailed functional specifications • Experience managing or owning product backlogs, prioritization, or demand management • Ability to challenge business requirements and guide stakeholders toward appropriate solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with Agile delivery teams • Strong documentation and process modelling skills • Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programmes • Nice-to-have: Understanding of ERP migration strategies and transition planning • Nice-to-have: Experience reviewing development estimates and supporting backlog refinement • Nice-to-have: Experience in the telecommunications industry
