📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js. • Architect and implement secure, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions. • Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements. • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data flows. • Ensure system scalability, performance, reliability, and security. • Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and technical issues. • Contribute to system architecture decisions and long-term technical roadmaps. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their technical growth. • Continuously improve development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and operational efficiency. • Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and engineering guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend software development. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. • Extensive experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, security principles, and performance optimization. • Experience with automated testing, monitoring, and observability tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities. • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
