📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of quote to contract projects from requirements gathering through deployment • Ensure project alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify pain points • Define project scope and objectives • Conduct workshops and requirement elicitation sessions • Gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements for project deliverables • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to deliver solutions • Prioritize enhancement requests with stakeholders • Assess impact and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on leading quote to contract projects • Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Experience with quote to contract solutions such as Salesforce CPQ and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams • Ability to drive project delivery in a matrix organization • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to interact confidently with executives, business users, and technical teams • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist are preferred • Successful applicants must undergo and pass a drug screening and comprehensive background check • Successful applicants must provide proof of work authorization as applicable
