• Aggressively pursuing sales of products to customers in a geography or market. • Forecasting and achieving annual objectives for sales, margins, and volume growth. • Securing business from prospective and current accounts in an effort to meet sales objectives. • Selling at all levels of management and building relationships that ensure Avient will continue to get the first and last look. • Interacting effectively at the managerial level. • Functioning independently with minimal direction based on prior experience. • Assisting customers in problem-solving to deliver solutions.
• Minimum 3-5 years' professional experience in: • - Tactical sales technique • - Strategic selling discipline • - Commercial • - Bachelor of Engineering – Polymer and Chemicals, B.Tech, CIPET or relevant education • Essential Personal skills: • - Communication skills • - Customer centric • - Critical thinking • - Achieving results with urgency • - Approach toward continuous improvement • - Courageous decision-making • - Work on a team • - Negotiation skills • Software Skills: • - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP • - Previous working experience in Plastic, Polymer industry is Mandatory. • - Working in Automotive industry will be an added advantage.
