📋 Description

• Efficiently operate AVIPAM systems to handle domestic and international travel requests • Search, book, and confirm services according to client needs • Possess in-depth knowledge of the client's travel policies to provide accurate guidance, ensuring consultative and personalized support • Provide viable alternatives and quick guidance for transportation and accommodation • Respond accurately and promptly within established deadlines • Provide information on fares, exchange rates, and penalties for quick, effective decision-making • Ensure compliance with legal requirements (passports, visas, etc.) • Serve with a focus on customer experience and immediate resolution • Align service delivery with AVIPAM's and clients' strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fields preferred • Proven experience in travel agencies or TMCs, with a focus on domestic and international corporate service • Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Sabre GDS and the Argo online booking tool (OBT) • Proficiency using airline portals • Advanced English is a plus.
