• Responsible for independently developing floor plans, including creative and practical design. • Coordinate and liaise with building authorities to ensure all permits and regulatory requirements are met. • Select and commission specialist planners to support and optimize project implementation. • Produce design and construction documentation for all fit-out trades. • Maintain contact with the relevant authorities. • Obtain required documentation and permits. • Further develop the design concept and adapt it to specific locations. • Resolve defects or obstacles that arise during the construction phase. • Monitor budget and schedules. • Maintain ongoing coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident use of 2D and 3D CAD software such as ArchiCAD or AutoCAD. • Creativity and a strong ability to tailor concepts to individual needs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a structured approach. • Strong assertiveness, excellent time management and organizational skills, combined with high resilience to stress. • Ability to analyze complex issues effectively and communicate clearly and empathetically. • Enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and a dynamic, young team. • Willingness to travel regularly to our practices in Germany.
