• You will work for the dedicated sales division of our client, specializing in providing AR-based solutions to industrial companies and training institutions. • Join them and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of industry and education. • As a Senior Sales Representative, you will lead sales efforts in the German market focusing on direct sales to industrial companies. • Excel in managing sales pipelines, utilizing CRM systems, and building relationships to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial sectors or the education/training industry. • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and achieving sales targets. • Skills: Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a strong understanding of sales funnel creation and management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions effectively. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). • Additional Requirements: A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a focus on achieving results. • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany to meet clients and attend industry events.
