📋 Description

• Build AVOW's presence across Europe • Build a strong, trusted presence for AVOW within the European app developer ecosystem • Become a recognizable and reliable point of contact within the first 6–12 months • Cover gaming and non-gaming app developer verticals • Contribute directly to market penetration and revenue growth across Europe • Own the full sales cycle alongside internal functions, from first contact through campaign launch • Carry deals from first contact through to a live campaign • Represent AVOW to app developers across Europe • Complete a GTM exercise and presentation during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record selling in the adtech / mobile performance marketing industry; direct industry experience required • Hungry: a natural hunter mentality, self-driven, and genuinely motivated by closing business and growing a market from scratch • Natural relationship-builder who enjoys face-to-face interactions and confidently approaches new people and opens conversations • Clear, structured communication both verbally and in writing • Strong understanding of the sales dynamics of the adtech industry • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, international environment • Russian language skills are a plus, but not a requirement • Location flexible within the EU timezone
