📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities for AV service contracts, maintenance agreements, and managed services. • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other business development activities. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities. • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of recurring services revenue opportunities. • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics. • Present AV service offerings and value propositions to prospective clients. • Demonstrate how service programs improve system reliability, performance, and user experience. • Guide customers through the buying process using a consultative sales approach. • Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and account management teams. • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activities. • Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of successful B2B inside sales experience. • Proven experience selling AV service contracts, maintenance agreements, managed services, or technology support solutions. • Strong understanding of AV technologies, collaboration systems, unified communications, and related environments. • Experience engaging IT managers, facilities teams, AV managers, and other technical decision-makers. • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
