📋 Description

• Independently manage and develop existing and new customer accounts and build long-term customer relationships • Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities across the entire sales cycle • Prepare and present proposals and client presentations, and support tenders and contract negotiations • Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and market entry • Analyze market, competitor and industry trends to identify growth and business potential • Manage and further develop strategic partnerships and establish new collaborations • Plan, execute and continuously optimize lead generation activities across digital and traditional sales channels • Regularly analyze and evaluate sales pipelines, sales metrics and business developments to derive appropriate actions • Work closely with Marketing, Consulting and Delivery teams to develop customer-focused solutions • Represent Avvale at client meetings, trade shows, events and networking occasions • Ensure a professional and consistent brand presence in customer-facing situations • Contribute to strategic sales initiatives and take on ad hoc projects to advance the business unit

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification • 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in an SAP, IT or consulting environment • Experience in new customer acquisition and in building and developing sustainable customer relationships • Confident and persuasive manner with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Experience preparing and delivering proposals, sales presentations and solution concepts • Analytical, structured and self-directed work style with a strong customer and results orientation • Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Business-fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken • High initiative, team spirit and a solid understanding of sales processes • Desirable: experience selling SAP, ERP or digital transformation solutions • Knowledge of modern sales and lead management methods • Confident use of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar CRM and sales tools • Experience planning and implementing lead generation and marketing activities • Experience collaborating with strategic partners and building networks
