• Develop and implement account plans according to business strategy to achieve responsible accounts’ sales target • Co-operate on daily base with existing KA accounts to make sure business runs at smooth way • Plan and execute on new accounts acquiring according to country KA strategy • Work closely with territory team to guide/support service network on KA contract execution as well as co-ordinate within team regards all necessary business factor e.g. resource organizing / policy designing / product technical related matter • Expect this role could provide strategic level of the insights in KA from long-term view as well as willing to dedicate in implementing long term strategy step by step • Other assignments from superior.
• Bachelor’s degree in poly-tec , marketing, automotive engineering, or a related field • MBA is a plus • Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in KA or after-sales management, preferably in the auto related industry • Deep understanding in after-sales , auto repair operations • Proven track record in driving sell-through initiatives and achieving/exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills as well as leadership character • Willing to travel domestically as required
