• You are the first point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting • You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document the reports in the ticketing system • You handle general customer inquiries and resolve them via remote diagnosis by providing guidance • For more complex issues, you compile all relevant data and information and prepare them for the next support level • You regularly make use of our training, development, and certification programs to continuously advance your skills
• You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or tax-related studies — or equivalent practical experience • You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy contributing as a team player • You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner and have a strong service mindset • You demonstrate attention to detail, commitment, and a willingness to learn new things
