📋 Description

• Drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products and solutions for public safety and adjacent sectors in the region • Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and maintain deep knowledge of current and expanding product deployments • Serve as technical liaison between Axon, customers, and strategic delivery partners • Follow up on all customer requests • Work with the sales team to support existing customers • Manage tickets and RMAs with internal teams throughout the issue and adoption lifecycle • Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers • Focus on customer loyalty • Proactively suggest innovative ways to help customers succeed with Axon products • Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms • Perform installation and commissioning • Travel up to approximately 40% nationally and internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills is essential • Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption • Mission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks • Strong technical foundation including working knowledge of enterprise networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts • Knowledge of integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems • Technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains • Ability to legally live in territory and travel to other countries as required, potentially obtaining work and travel visas personally • Ability to work with all organizational levels and build strong partnerships • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Trello
