• Deploy and implement Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on simplification, harmonization, and standardization of global reward processes • Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle for Ayvens HQ employees, including Top Management • Advise on compensation packages for new hires and internal appointments • Manage annual salary review and variable compensation campaigns • Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders (HR, Finance, Risk, external advisors, data providers) • Produce HR dashboards and key social indicators (headcount, payroll, performance, benefits, etc.) • Prepare regulatory studies, surveys, and internal/external HR reporting • Provide decision-support tools and KPIs to HR teams and managers • Prepare HR documentation and materials for employee representative bodies (Works Council / Employee Committees) • In close collaboration with local HR teams, ensure the reliability of HR data administration, including payroll data, documentation, and archiving • Manage cost recharging for seconded employees • Contribute to HR budget preparation, in close collaboration with Finance and HR teams • Contribute to the rollout and, where possible, automation of compensation processes and tools (Workday, ADP, reporting tools) • Participate in harmonization projects across countries
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits role in an international environment • Strong analytical skills with a strong interest in HR data • Experience leading projects and liaising with senior stakeholders • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint is essential • Knowledge of Workday is a plus • Good understanding of payroll is important for this role • Fluent French and English are required.
