📋 Description

• Structure and oversee ESG data across Europe (pan-European) • Define and deploy a harmonized ESG reporting framework (indicators, reference frameworks, collection protocols) • Establish ESG data governance (roles, responsibilities, quality controls) • Manage ESG data collection across ~10 countries (monitor deadlines, completeness, reliability) • Implement data control and audit processes • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, etc.) • Data tools, digitalization and reporting • Design and evolve data collection and processing tools (Excel, Power BI, other ESG tools) • Develop dynamic dashboards (Power BI) to monitor portfolio ESG performance • Automate reporting processes (investors, internal, regulatory) • Collaborate with IT/Data teams to integrate solutions into the digital ecosystem • Contribute to the ESG data roadmap (tools, architecture, automation) • ESG performance analysis & trajectory management • Build dashboards to monitor ESG trajectories (carbon, energy, biodiversity, etc.) • Analyze asset performance and identify gaps vs. targets • Produce strategic analyses to inform investment decisions (ESG CAPEX/OPEX) • Contribute to defining decarbonization scenarios and improvement trajectories • ESG PMO & process structuring • Set up and run ESG rituals (committees, reporting, performance reviews) • Track country and business-line ESG roadmaps • Implement project governance tools (scheduling, KPIs, progress tracking) • Harmonize ESG processes across countries and business lines (AM, PM, ESG) • Support operational deployment of ESG offerings • Support the development of ESG service offerings • Contribute to structuring ESG offerings (AMO, management, reporting) • Develop standardized, scalable tools for investor clients • Participate in producing high-value deliverables (ESG reports, client dashboards) • Assist commercial teams in responding to tenders (data & reporting aspects) • Budget management and internal performance • Structure and monitor the ESG team’s budget rituals (forecasting, cost tracking, CAPEX/OPEX allocation) • Implement internal performance indicators (team KPIs, operational efficiency) • Liaise with finance teams • Change management & ESG data upskilling • Support country teams in adopting tools and processes • Train internal teams on ESG data culture • Create educational materials and user guides • Act as an ambassador for data-driven ESG transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (engineering school, business school, data, finance or real estate) • 5–8 years of experience in an environment combining ESG, data and project management • Excellent Excel skills (modeling, database structuring) • Proficiency in Power BI (data visualization, dashboards) • Strong interest in data / BI / digital tools • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects • Ability to structure processes and tools at a multi-country scale • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Fluent in French and English (required)
