âą Overseeing the execution of decentralized energy projects with a focus on photovoltaic (PV) installations. âą Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. âą Acting as a key link between internal teams, subcontractors, and partners during development and execution phases. âą Supporting business development activities, including proposal preparation and technical input during negotiations. âą Assisting in licensing processes and preparation of required documentation for project approvals. âą Conducting site surveys according to guidelines to support execution project design. âą Reviewing and analyzing technical projects for feasibility and adaptation. âą Planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities. âą Overseeing installation works, including structures and photovoltaic modules. âą Monitoring progress, quality of works, and compliance with technical drawings. âą Supporting subcontractors in resolving technical issues during execution. âą Assisting in the commissioning phase of photovoltaic plants. âą Preparing and delivering weekly activity and progress reports. âą Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors throughout the installation phase. âą Supervising day-to-day site operations and ensuring adherence to project timelines. âą Enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. âą Conducting regular quality inspections and ensuring high standards of workmanship. âą Collaborating with senior management to define project plans and timelines. âą Supporting budget preparation for construction and procurement activities. âą Ensuring timely delivery of materials and availability of manpower. âą Identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to avoid delays. âą Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation. âą Supporting the transition from construction to operation phase. âą Contributing to the management, monitoring, and maintenance of projects after commissioning. âą Providing regular updates on project status to internal stakeholders.
âą Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or related field) or equivalent technical background. âą 3+ years of experience in site management, construction, or renewable energy projects. âą Experience in photovoltaic (PV) systems and decentralized energy solutions is a strong asset. âą Knowledge of electrical systems, including low and medium voltage installations. âą Experience in managing subcontractors and on-site operations. âą Familiarity with project lifecycle from development to commissioning. âą Fluency in French and good command of English. âą Strong organizational and project management skills. âą Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset. âą Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. âą Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, PVsyst, PVSol, and electrical sizing tools. âą Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. âą Good communication and interpersonal abilities. âą Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. âą Driving license (Category B). âą Availability to travel to project sites.
