📋 Description

• Overseeing the execution of decentralized energy projects with a focus on photovoltaic (PV) installations. • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. • Acting as a key link between internal teams, subcontractors, and partners during development and execution phases. • Supporting business development activities, including proposal preparation and technical input during negotiations. • Assisting in licensing processes and preparation of required documentation for project approvals. • Conducting site surveys according to guidelines to support execution project design. • Reviewing and analyzing technical projects for feasibility and adaptation. • Planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities. • Overseeing installation works, including structures and photovoltaic modules. • Monitoring progress, quality of works, and compliance with technical drawings. • Supporting subcontractors in resolving technical issues during execution. • Assisting in the commissioning phase of photovoltaic plants. • Preparing and delivering weekly activity and progress reports. • Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors throughout the installation phase. • Supervising day-to-day site operations and ensuring adherence to project timelines. • Enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. • Conducting regular quality inspections and ensuring high standards of workmanship. • Collaborating with senior management to define project plans and timelines. • Supporting budget preparation for construction and procurement activities. • Ensuring timely delivery of materials and availability of manpower. • Identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to avoid delays. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation. • Supporting the transition from construction to operation phase. • Contributing to the management, monitoring, and maintenance of projects after commissioning. • Providing regular updates on project status to internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or related field) or equivalent technical background. • 3+ years of experience in site management, construction, or renewable energy projects. • Experience in photovoltaic (PV) systems and decentralized energy solutions is a strong asset. • Knowledge of electrical systems, including low and medium voltage installations. • Experience in managing subcontractors and on-site operations. • Familiarity with project lifecycle from development to commissioning. • Fluency in French and good command of English. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, PVsyst, PVSol, and electrical sizing tools. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. • Driving license (Category B). • Availability to travel to project sites.
