• Maintain safety standards and drive divisional sales performance • Craft selling strategy and generate divisional revenue • Set priorities to align with enterprise goals • Act as an accountable leader for divisional performance • Strengthen key distributor relationships • Lead District Sales Managers to deliver revenue growth • Recruit, develop, and performance-manage District Sales Managers • Build, develop, and scale a high-performing leadership team • Maintain strong distributor partnerships to support growth priorities
• Bachelor's degree required. • 10+ years of sales experience in a high-touch commercial sales environment • 3-5 years of progressive sales leadership experience • Demonstrated experience building and executing sales strategies • Strong background working closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance • Proficiency with Microsoft products. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Valid driver’s license is required
