• Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. • Track and monitor international shipments and deliveries. • Organize, maintain, and update company contracts and administrative documentation. • Support expense tracking and maintain operational reports and internal dashboards. • Perform data entry while ensuring accuracy across company records. • Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files and documentation. • Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple departments. • Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar coordination, and general administrative support. • Follow up on outstanding administrative actions to ensure timely completion. • Support the continuous improvement of internal administrative processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations role. • Excellent written and spoken English. French is a major advantage and will be highly valued. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Comfortable working with cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools. • Ability to work full-time in a fully remote environment.
