• Drive brand development by promoting and selling Baldangroup’s aesthetic products and technologies. • Identify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers in the assigned territory. • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. • Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company’s footprint. • Monitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the aesthetics industry. • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is desirable, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices. • Having an existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Valid driver’s license. • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs. • Must have the legal right to work in Austria. • Interest in and suitability for remote work.
