📋 Description

• Provide outbound and inbound customer service to clients interested in consortium products. • Present commercial proposals, perform financial simulations, and address client questions. • Monitor sales through the sales pipeline. • Issue proposals and follow the enrollment process. • Update spreadsheets and sales reports. • Support the commercial team in managing targets and performance results. • Conduct training sessions for commercial managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Experience with consortium products, including outbound and inbound customer service, preparation and presentation of commercial proposals, financial simulations, and monitoring the sales process through to enrollment. • Proficiency in preparing presentations in PowerPoint. • Intermediate Excel skills.
