📋 Description

• Screen and verify invoices and amounts, validating registration data, tax rates, due dates, and withholdings • Reconcile sales by comparing commercial reports and payment receipts with recorded transactions • Enter invoices and receipts into the financial system (ERP), ensuring accurate data entry, cost centers, and general ledger accounts • Manage and triage the department’s email inbox, routing requests and responding to questions from internal clients and suppliers • Prepare reconciliation reports and discrepancy logs, identifying operational inconsistencies before financial settlement • Consolidate data and generate periodic reports for supervisors and management • Organize and maintain the digital archive of financial processes, ensuring document traceability and auditability

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics • Excel proficiency • Basic knowledge of finance • Strong verbal and written communication skills • This position is also open to people with disabilities
