• As the Temporary Warranty and E-commerce Representative, you will be a key member of our team, directly connecting with our customers and influencing their Bauer experience. Under the general direction from the Customer Service Manager, this role is responsible for leading the delivery of extraordinary customer service that both meets, and exceeds, the expectations of both our internal and external customers.

Requirements

• A post-secondary college certificate or diploma is preferred, but a high school diploma is required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; you have referred to spreadsheets/data sheets to pick out required information and have the ability to manage multiple mailboxes. • Familiarity with SAP (or a similar ERP software), Shopify and CRM Tool are an asset. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. This role communicates through email inboxes, phone calls and online chat…you managed several mailboxes in previous roles, while working to find information to satisfy customers on the phone or online chat. • Passion for the game of hockey - you have played it and/or coached it and you understand the equipment! • Personal Accountability that pushes you to take pride in putting your best into your job every day, knowing your Bauer team is here to support you. • Team Focus, understanding through your experience that no one can achieve a greater goal alone, there are always others who help make that happen. • Enthusiasm that you are supporting Canada’s game, and your Bauer team is here every day to make that experience memorable.
