• Manage attendee registrations for congress • Coordinate logistics for events • Liaise with delegates to ensure their needs are met • Thrive in a fast-paced environment to create memorable experiences
🎯 Requirements
• Coordinating congress registrations and managing housing logistics • Using technology tools like Cvent to maintain attendee data and communications • Delivering exceptional customer service to answer inquiries and address concerns • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients • Analyzing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement • A college degree (strongly preferred!) • Experience in congress/convention planning or event management • Knowledge of client management and attendee engagement • A background in the pharmaceutical industry (a plus!) • CMP certification to enhance your event planning prowess
