📋 Description

• Respond to requests accurately and completely • Professionally and appropriately respond to customers inquiries and develops a positive working relationship • Consistently meet and sometimes exceed individual and team goals • Use industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore and find alternatives and solutions and appropriately advise/educate the customer • Use positive language and word choices to avoid negative customer reactions

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a corporate travel office • Proficiency in GDS Amadeus • Demonstrated problem solving skills • Excellent customer service skills • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
