📋 Description

• Support customers in resolving technical issues related to laboratory instruments and reagents • Provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team • Build and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals and key customers • Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the customer journey • Deliver product training and support implementation of new solutions • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings • Support customers after the sale, during solution implementation, and throughout the sales process • Enhance knowledge and awareness for decision-making and procedural changes in hospitals, private laboratories, and research institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or related environment • Good understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment • English at a communicative level (B1-B2) • Comfortable with regular customer visits across the territory
