📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with Operations and Patient Experience, translating journeys into functional specifications (bot flows, menu trees, routing, queues, outbound messaging) and maintaining a prioritized functional roadmap and backlog. • Design and specify solutions in Service Cloud: Cases, queues, Omni‑Channel, macros, quick texts, console, and Einstein for Service. • Specify and validate flows in Einstein Bots and Digital Engagement (conditional logic, integration with native objects and external systems, exception handling). • Specify WhatsApp templates taking into account the Meta & Salesforce approval cycle. • Write technical-functional specifications and develop (Flows, Apex, LWC). • Act as the technical focal point with partners and Salesforce Support: cases, reproducing bugs, and validating fixes. • Conduct UAT with operations, deliver training, and document processes. • Assess the impact of changes in the org and manage production governance (risk, RFCs, release windows, sandboxes, and deployments). • Monitor messaging efficiency and cost (bot containment, cost per conversation) and propose optimizations. • Manage access and security (profiles, permission sets, sharing, field‑level security) in compliance with LGPD.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 3+ years in a functional/consultative role. • Strong expertise in Service Cloud: Cases, queues, Omni‑Channel, Entitlements/SLA, console. • Hands‑on experience with Digital Engagement (Messaging for WhatsApp) — channel configuration, templates, messaging sessions. • Experience with Einstein Bots: dialogue design, variables, and invoking Flows/Apex from the bot. • Proficiency with Flow Builder (record‑triggered flows, screen flows, subflows, error handling). • Ability to read SOQL and understand Apex concepts and API integrations. • Experience gathering requirements and conducting UAT with operational teams autonomously. • Experience opening and managing cases with Salesforce Support (including bug escalation). • Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications.
