📋 Description

• Provide analytical and business support to clients and internal stakeholders on complex projects and strategic initiatives. • Lead and coordinate project execution activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Structure ambiguous business problems into defined workstreams and manage them through to completion. • Conduct and oversee analysis using relevant data sources and tools; ensure quality and accuracy of outputs. • Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, written recommendations, dashboards, and reports. • Manage day-to-day client communication, including status updates, scope discussions, and issue resolution. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders. • Support process improvement, reporting enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives. • Contribute to business growth initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and organizational development programs. • Review the work of Associate Consultants and provide guidance to support their development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution/university. • At least 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, strategy, project management, or related functions. • Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical analytics is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong working knowledge of analytics and visualization tools, including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders. • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently. • Experience working in global or matrix-based organizations is an advantage. • Ability to work with international stakeholders and flexible working hours when required.
