📋 Description

• Scale paid ads: responsible for Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with six-figure budgets, optimizing for conversions and ROAS • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and HubSpot workflows; run A/B tests • Identify and scale appropriate paid channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok • Build and own tracking, attribution, and reporting using GA4, GTM, and HubSpot • Measure CAC, ROAS, and CPA and optimize them based on data • Develop CRM workflows in HubSpot, automations with Make, and email sequences • Identify and resolve causes of non-converting leads • Build a small performance team in the medium term • Work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-driving initiatives • Take full responsibility for the marketing and growth engine

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with growth experiments, ideally in a startup/scale-up environment • Hands-on experience in performance marketing and/or growth across multiple channels, e.g., Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn • Confident handling of analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and GTM or comparable solutions • Very good German and English skills • Proficient with automation tools such as Make and Zapier or comparable solutions • Experience with lead-generation platforms such as LinkedIn • Nice to have: experience with CRM and automation, particularly HubSpot, Make, and Zapier • Nice to have: SEO, SEA (search engine advertising) and GEO (geo-targeting) • Nice to have: initial experience building small teams • Nice to have: background in Legal, FinTech, or SaaS
