âą 3+ years of successful business development, outbound sales, partnership development, and consultative sales experience âą Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, professional services, or related industries strongly preferred âą Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and proactive business development activities âą Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with executive-level stakeholders âą Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills âą Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain attention to detail âą Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability âą Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred âą Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
