📋 Description
• Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção end-to-end (alinhamento, divulgação, triagem, entrevistas, proposta). • Atuar com foco em vagas de tecnologia sênior, como: SAP IS-U / Utilities / S/4HANA, Desenvolvedores Fullstack (Mobile, Web e Backend), Analistas de Sustentação COTS e Sistemas Corporativos. • Realizar sourcing ativo e mapeamento de mercado no LinkedIn, GitHub e outras plataformas. • Gerenciar pipeline de candidatos e acompanhar indicadores de performance (time-to-fill, taxa de conversão, qualidade da shortlist). • Garantir experiência positiva ao candidato durante todo o processo. • Trabalhar de forma autônoma e consultiva, mantendo alinhamento constante com a coordenação. • Alimentar relatórios semanais de status e resultados.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência mínima de 3 anos como Tech Recruiter, preferencialmente em consultorias ou operações dedicadas. • Histórico de atuação com posições técnicas complexas (desenvolvimento, SAP, cloud, sustentação, segurança). • Domínio de ferramentas de hunting e ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Kenoby, entre outros). • Conhecimento básico de stacks de tecnologia (linguagens, frameworks, cloud, SAP, DevOps). • Habilidade de comunicação e negociação com perfis técnicos sêniores. • Capacidade de autogestão e cumprimento de metas mensais.
