📋 Description

• Conduct active prospecting of companies to sell Recruitment and Selection (R&S) services • Lead virtual and in-person meetings with clients, presenting the consultancy's solutions • Prepare customized commercial proposals and lead negotiations • Manage a client portfolio, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the technical team to align job profiles with client expectations • Use CRM tools to record and track commercial opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress • Strong communication skills, active listening, negotiation, and client relationship management • Previous experience in selling services, preferably within HR, consulting, or B2B solutions • Availability for occasional in-person visits to clients in the Belo Horizonte (BH) metropolitan area
