📋 Description

• Own the customer experience end to end, from lead and pipeline management to performance tracking, billing transparency, compliance, and support. • Design experiences for customers, their internal teams, and Berlitz’s internal teams with different views of shared information. • Speak directly with customers across markets and translate feedback into a prioritized product roadmap. • Drive company-wide visibility and growth by providing customers and internal teams with real-time, trustworthy business performance information. • Use Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and modern AI prototyping tools for discovery, prototyping, PRD creation, and execution. • Lead ideas from research and discovery through validation, launch, and iteration using AI-assisted workflows. • Build the internal case for the initiative and rally stakeholders around it.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management. • Ideally, exposure to B2B partner ecosystems or enterprise SaaS. • Ability to manage complexity across multiple user types, markets, and stakeholders. • Ability to translate customer conversations into a prioritized product roadmap. • Strong analytical instincts and a builder mindset. • Collaborative operating style. • Ability to use AI tools including Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and modern AI prototyping tools.
