📋 Description

• Ability to develop and empower commercial teams by providing training, continuous feedback and daily coaching to build a high-performance team • Skill in structuring strategic commercial proposals, taking into account client profiles, market intelligence, competition and financial feasibility, ensuring sustainability and healthy margins • Analytical mindset to guide the regional activities of managers based on market data, strengthening the operation’s accuracy • Competence in planning and executing territorial penetration strategies, prioritizing regions, directing the team’s efforts and ensuring the presence and recognition of the Bernoulli brand in target markets • Results-oriented profile capable of maintaining commercial momentum, driving team engagement and service excellence, boosting performance and achieving national targets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Commercial Manager in the education sector • Valid Category B driver’s license and availability to travel • Bachelor’s degree (completed)
