📋 Description

• Operationalize and continuously improve the enterprise AI governance framework, translating AI policy and regulatory requirements into practical, repeatable governance processes • Coordinate AI governance work across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT, and business teams • Manage the end-to-end AI Impact Assessment process for new or materially changed AI use cases, including facilitation, cross-functional review, approval, and repository maintenance • Ensure AI assessments address privacy, fairness/bias, explainability, security, and regulatory considerations • Maintain the AI regulatory register, monitor emerging AI regulation, and help update AI policies, standards, and templates • Support AI-specific third-party due diligence with Legal and Procurement, and track vendor AI systems • Support the Enterprise AI Council by preparing submissions and risk materials and tracking decisions, conditions, and remediation actions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in risk management, compliance, governance, privacy, technology risk, or internal audit • Close familiarity with GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging AI regulation • Strong understanding of risk-based governance and regulatory compliance concepts • Experience operating inside complex, regulated, global organizations • Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational process • Nice-to-have: experience with AI, analytics, or automated decision-making governance • Nice-to-have: exposure to third-party risk management or vendor due diligence • Nice-to-have: experience in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with LLMs, automation platforms, OCR tools, or analytics platforms • Nice-to-have: background in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or paid ads optimization • Nice-to-have: experience with chatbots, call automation, or client intake systems • Nice-to-have: familiarity with document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms • Nice-to-have: basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools • Nice-to-have: experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio • Nice-to-have: knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation • Nice-to-have: prior consulting, operations, or innovation-focused experience • Stable high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup connectivity • Own PC/laptop with at least 8GB RAM, specified processor or equivalent, supported operating system, current browsers and security software, and required storage • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher • Designated quiet, organized workspace free from distractions
