📋 Description

• Define and document data integration requirements between Partex.AI and internal/external data sources • Specify data flows, triggers, fields, formats, transformation logic, and conflict handling • Determine whether integrations use SQL Server Data Warehouse or Databricks and maintain the migration transition plan • Translate requirements into detailed implementation specifications and prioritize integrations • Identify authoritative sources and define data conflict, matching, merging, and remediation rules • Translate feasibility workflow needs into platform requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data-flow documentation • Engage feasibility, business development, site selection, clinical operations, Product Managers, and implementation vendors • Assess Partex.AI capabilities, document gaps, track integration delivery, and flag risks and dependencies • Support Alchemer Enterprise integration and survey-data flow into Partex.AI • Monitor integration health and data quality, maintain documentation, support UAT and validation, and identify future data-foundation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Analyst • Experience with data integration requirements, field mapping, and business rules • Strong data quality analysis and agile delivery experience • Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industries • Understanding of clinical trial operations, feasibility, and site selection data • Familiarity with several of CTMS, EDC, IRT, Medidata, Citeline, ClinicalTrials.gov, or equivalent platforms • Understanding of investigator and site selection decisions in a CRO context • Ability to understand schemas, APIs, and basic SQL • Ability to create data/process flow documentation • Comfort analyzing large, multi-source datasets • Familiarity with MDM concepts • Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan • Advanced written and spoken English fluency, from B2 to C1/C2 level • Must be located in Central or South America • Must work full-time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Friday EST • Contractor must use their own laptop/PC • Nice to have: clinical, survey, SaaS, EDC/CTMS, or site intelligence platform experience • Nice to have: Azure, Databricks, pipelines, GxP/CSV, lakehouse concepts, wireframing/mockups, or BA certifications
