📋 Description

• Accurately enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. • Verify data by comparing it to source documents. • Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies. • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files as needed. • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. • Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times. • Generate reports and summaries as required. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. • Respond promptly to data-related inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus). • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum of 45 WPM recommended). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
