📋 Description

• You build a strong sales pipeline and maintain it by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • You own the entire sales cycle — from qualification through presentations and proposal creation to contract negotiation. • You develop a value-selling approach to understand clients' specific needs and clearly demonstrate how bettercoach solutions deliver long-term value. • You penetrate complex enterprise accounts and navigate them confidently to develop strategic relationships with senior HR decision-makers. • You track and manage sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools to ensure transparency and accountability. • You analyze current market trends, competitive situations and industry developments to provide strategic insights. • You represent bettercoach at industry events, networking functions and trade shows to increase brand awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in HR technology and/or the coaching sector. • You have a strong network within the HR community and know how to leverage contacts for sales opportunities. • You possess excellent stakeholder-management skills and can persuade and build trust with C-level decision-makers. • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and follow a consultative sales approach. • You are goal-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on achieving—and ideally exceeding—sales targets. • You bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and can show proven success closing complex deals and managing enterprise customers. • You hold at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business with a focus on sales/marketing. • You can communicate fluently in German and English (written & spoken, minimum C1 level).
