📋 Description
• Partner with teams launching new products, topics, and funnels to evaluate performance, economics, and overall business impact • Identify actionable insights and growth opportunities • Turn data into recommendations that improve launches and business results • Own analytical projects end-to-end, from problem understanding and methodology definition through insight and recommendation delivery • Work with product analytics, hypotheses, experimentation, and A/B testing to support data-driven decision-making • Develop and improve analytics automation, processes, and methodologies • Leverage AI to improve analytical workflow efficiency and identify automation opportunities • Collaborate with analysts, product teams, and stakeholders across the company • Take ownership of and gradually lead analytical initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in Data Analytics and/or Product Analytics at a Senior level • Strong SQL skills • Ability to independently handle complex analytical tasks • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product hypotheses • Experience improving analytical processes, methodologies, and automation • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work • Understanding of how AI can enhance analytical workflows • Experience with AI transformation within an analytics function or team is a plus • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, tools, or automation in analytical processes is a plus
