• Responsible for developing and executing local cluster’s go-to-market strategic plans • Accountable for forecasting and business planning activities that deliver budgeted volume, sales and profit targets in designated region • Gather insights and define local cluster’s need for next NPDs (new product development) • Lead and manage potential local Field Sales partners • Identify and lead the development of new business opportunities in foodservice and industrial • Develop annual customer business plans in partnership with Marketing • Direct and monitor all aspects of trade promotion to ensure maximum impact • Manage broker/distributor sales execution and scorecard performance against agreed objectives • Build great relationships and manage regional contacts in designated region • Develop and execute local partnership program for Foodservice key accounts in collaboration with Marketing department • Negotiate Annual collaboration plans for local key accounts as well as wholesalers • Attend key customer events and Food service trade shows • Leverage Data, Insights and Analyze sales reports to execute necessary and positive changes
• 5+ years of Foodservice Sales with account management experience • Four-year college degree in Business or equivalent industry related experience • Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • German native/fluent level; English at professional/conversational level; any other European languages are an advantage
