• Commercial responsibility and business management • Prepare the annual business and profit plan for all service stations in your district • Create revenue, sales volume and cost budgets for your territory • Assess target achievement and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations • Actively participate in acquiring new service station locations • Ensure operational excellence with regard to safety and environmental standards • Promote a customer-centric sales culture • Responsible for redesigning and optimizing forecourt shop operations • Monitor implementation of floor plans, assortment placement and product presentation • Support partners facing financial difficulties and help drive their development
• Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, retail or comparable commercial training, plus at least 3 years of leadership experience • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in sales or retail—ideally in retail operations • Strong leadership and consulting skills, with an analytical and structured working approach • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, entrepreneurial mindset and proactive working style • Very good German and English skills • Confident handling of Office 365 • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
