📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of customers post-sale, acting as their main point of contact • Lead onboarding and early adoption, helping customers set up for success • Proactively manage renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities • Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support • Run structured check-ins and spot risk early

🎯 Requirements

• SaaS experience serving SMB customers • Comfort working with non-technical decision-makers • Experience owning renewals and upsell conversations • Exposure to attractions, hospitality, events, tourism, or leisure • Calm under pressure with clear communication skills
